This time my main goal was to explore the unnamed trail that followed the ridge line between Temescal and Rivas … Somehow luckily got past the black parting gate: bingo. Steep sides as well, just push on. Rivas Canyon Trail [CLOSED] is a 4.6 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Los Angeles, California that offers scenic views and is good for all skill levels.
