My mom is staying at French Hospital due to an infection and I just want to say the staff such as the nurses and Drs and all around staff is very professional and shows that they care.My mom is getting better with there care, the hospital is in San Luis Obispo and is very clean and had a good space when visitors come.I am glad she is in good hands.Our real life hospital experience during COVID at French. This San Luis Obispo hospital is one of the best in California.

What the actual F?? They were attentive to my brother and family. This would've been a 5/5 star review but I couldn't bare my first 2 nights. One dr told me my mom was suffering from an uncommon antibiotic resistant infection and treated her with "the only antibiotic that would work", the next day they took her off the antibiotic and said she never had an infection. It's honestly ridiculous and I would recommend any other hospital that won't just send your incorrect bills from agency to agency.Good day, Kevin. In the ER, everything was pretty relaxed & moved pretty fast to get me admitted. This hospital is corrupt to the bone.Humankindness, right. A DOG!! For example, she said I was holding my IV wrong when I went for a walk, how is that even possible? First let me say that the nurses taking care of my mom are very kind and professional EXCEPT the triage nurse in the ER, Josh. Josh got slightly friendlier once my mom was in a bed and away from him. We believe in treating everyone with dignity, and we are sorry to hear that was not your experience while visiting our hospital. I wasn't impressed with this place even before my daughter was in a major car accident and had to go there due to insurance. We appreciate you and wish you well.
