Much of the Great Lakes has an elevated chance of a wetter-than-average May-July.
Many Great Lakes states had well above to record wet years in 2018 and 2019, and for many the wet trend has continued into this year.There are some longer-term trends, as well, based on long term weather and climate patterns.
