The majority of beach goers have to go through Kent Island via the Bay Bridge and the Kent Narrow bridge.

We had to park 1/4 mile away and then walk another 1/4 mile to get to the beach. Tons of space to run around - bring your vball, badminton, or soccer ball for the kids. It was cloudy but the sound of the water was lovely. The owners, Kent Island residents themselves, are the property managers and this home is such a gem with its own private beach volleyball court right in Kentmorr very close to Fishing, Beaches, Bars/Restaurants, Golf, Shopping/Consignment Shops/Outlets, Wedding Hotspots, Art, and more.

We did find some but the beach was so crowded it was impossible to social distance.

Kent Island Beach House II by the Kentmorr Marina. They both have great views of the Bay Bridge, and one has a dog beach separate from the public beach.

A regal house overlooks the beach and is now used for park functions, with it’s grass-covered lawn cascading toward the sandy beach.One end of the park is set aside for a dog beach.

The covered deck was the perfect spot for telework, meals, and watching the Ospreys and eagles.
